  • Common mistakes and pitfalls for Vinyasa practitioners
  • Creating sustainable practices for all ages and levels
  • Micro and Macro sequencing concepts, intelligent transitions and the flow within the flow
  • Leveling poses and sequences for beginner, intermediate and advanced students 
  • Creating innovative and adaptive Vinyasa practices for yourself and others
  • Connecting Vinyasa concepts to Yoga Philosophy 
Open to yoga teachers and serious practitioners
Meet Your Teacher
Erika found her home at YogaLife and has been teaching here since 2004. She holds advanced certifications in Yoga & Yoga Therapy. She is also a skin care specialist and manual lymphatic drainage massage practitioner. Erika is a firm believer in the tenets of yogic tradition, she relishes the opportunity to share her yoga vision and experience with her students.

Schedule: Saturday 9-5pm, Sun 9-5pm

Fees: $350 Pre-Registered before June 14th, $375 after June 14th.
