You may pre-register* for classes online or drop in at the studio.(If you already have booked a class/appointment in the past with YogaLife, please click the "Forgot Password" link at checkout to create your password.) Dress comfortably for movement, we recommend wearing layers as it can get warm during class and cooler during relaxation. You are welcome to bring water bottle with a tight lid(no open containers). We have mats in the studio you are welcome to borrow or you may bring your own.
We recommend taking at least 8 Beginners classes before considering joining an Intermediate class.
