Join us for an afternoon of self-nurturing, exploration and experiential practices to better understand the relationship between our selves and our bodies.

Meet Your Teachers

Jennifer is a dedicated Yoga practitioner of over 20 years. She is the founder of Chime Yoga Therapy, mother of two girls, a Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist, and a writer. She is coauthor of the forthcoming book, Body Mindful Yoga: Create a Powerful and Affirming Relationship With Your Body.

Robert is the founder of The YogaLife Institute and the Director of all it's educational programs. With over 25 years of teaching experience, Bob is known for sharing  Classical Yoga principles in a practical way that connects students with their own divinity. He is the author of The Pure Heart of YogaMeditation for Your Life, and the co-author of Yoga Therapy for Stress and Anxiety and Body Mindful Yoga.
