Did you know that the average baby laughs 300 times a day, even in their sleep? The average adult laughs about 20 times a day. This seminar will explore the cleansing power of laughter through a combination of deep breathing exercises and special guided techniques that will highlight the physiological and energetic benefits of laughing. Yoga poses and meditation strategies will be offered to explore the relationship between the laughter and balanced 2nd Chakra awareness.
