20 Hour Kids Yoga Training

Explore the essence of Kids yoga practice in a dynamic and caring learning environment. Expand your definition of yoga, acquire new teaching and sequencing skills and gain powerful insights into the whys and how's of a fully integrated practice to help kids develop self regulation and stress management skills that can last for a lifetime.

In this training, we will:
  • Become versed in yoga, meditation, visualization, and breathing techniques that guides kids toward healthy physical, mental and emotional self-regulation.
  • Receive sound strategies for creating developmentally safe and appropriate yoga practices.

  •  Explore Yoga philosophy principles in fun, meaningful and non-dogmatic way, helping kids establish health mind/body habits that can last a lifetime.

  • Be empowered to connect yoga practices to the many different aspects of children’s lives, including school, athletics, mood management, socialization, attention/focus and self-confidence.

  • Learn how to teach yoga to children ages 3-12 and learn how to create meaningful practices for Teens.

Schedule: Friday 6:30-8:30pm, Saturday 9-5pm, Sun 9-5pm

Fees: $325 Pre-Registered before Early Bird Cut Off, 2017, $375 after 

CEUS: Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits Available

  This training is open to parents, yoga teachers, coaches, and educators who want to build a Kids & Teens yoga skillset.
