Join us for a profound weekend of in-person inquiry
At the St. Raphaela Center, Haverford PA
Step away from the busyness of daily life and enter a living sanctuary of study, practice, and renewal. This weekend is designed for yoga teachers and yoga therapists who want to return to the heart of their own practice while refining therapeutic skills that serve their students and clients. Together we will explore meditation in its many dimensions - quieting the mind, deepening the breath, prayer and visualization, chanting, trauma-informed approaches, and mindful movement.
Our gathering takes place in the Main House of the St. Raphaela Center, a gracious stone mansion set among tall trees in Haverford, Pennsylvania. Once a private estate, the home has been lovingly tended as a spiritual retreat center for decades. With its peaceful wooded setting, comfortable gathering spaces, and quiet charm, it offers an atmosphere that encourages rest, reflection, and heartfelt connection.
Rather than sampling practices at the surface, we will move at a steady, spacious pace, allowing time for integration through reflection and community dialogue. Guided by experienced faculty and supported by colleagues who share your devotion to yoga as both a personal discipline and a healing art, you will leave the weekend with renewed inspiration, practical tools, and a grounded sense of inner refuge to carry into your teaching and your life.
