Live In Person, October & November 2025
Bob back on the East Coast, where he founded the beloved Yogalife Institute and with the help of many others, trained over a thousand yoga teachers and yoga therapists, leaving an indelible impression on the local yoga community.
These workshops are an opportunity for you to connect with others in your area who share a common vision of the yoga lifestyle as a transformative life path. Learn and connect with a dynamic network of well-trained yoga teachers and serious yoga practitioners already woven into the fabric of your local area.
At the heart of theses workshops are the yogic concepts of sadhana, personal spiritual practice undertaken consistently, within a supportive community or sangha. In today's connection-challenged world, the need for grounded spiritual human to human connections is more crucial than ever. Join us to experience and explore the profound relationship between personal yoga and meditation practice, learning in a supportive spiritual community, and everyday enlightenment.
October in Fort Washington & Ephrata
The way we listen to ourselves has a direct impact on how we hold our center physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Cultural pressures often shape our self-image and can weaken the sense of core stability that supports both posture and self-esteem.
By practicing whole-body listening, we begin to notice the subtle interplay between body awareness, breath, and inner dialogue. This process not only strengthens the physical core, but also reshapes how we relate to ourselves with confidence and compassion.
In this seminar, we will explore yoga practices and mindful listening techniques that build strength from the inside out. You will learn how to connect core awareness with healthy self-esteem, discover how body language influences your sense of self, and practice tools for re-centering when stress or self-doubt arise.
Participants will leave with accessible strategies for daily life, ways to cultivate inner stability, improve posture, and reinforce a positive and resilient relationship with the self.

Whole Body Listening:
Tools for Relational Resilience
with Dr. Bob Butera
Cultural conditioning often shapes how we hear and respond, keeping us in familiar patterns of selective attention. When we pause and attune to our inner experience, we discover new dimensions of presence that extend beyond habit. This kind of whole-body listening reconnects us to the intelligence of our mind and body and refines our ability to be present with others in a way that feels authentic, compassionate, and deeply restorative.
We will explore practical ways of listening that invite insight. You will learn how to practice whole-body listening to reduce tension and increase clarity, and how to recognize the difference between listening through the ego and listening from a more expansive state.
We will explore how to strengthen the mind-body connection, enhance compassion in communication, and apply simple tools for resilience in daily life. Through guided practices and reflection, you will leave with strategies for cultivating balance, deepening connection, and opening new pathways to joy and acceptance.
